The screen holder is placed on top of the mouthpiece of your Angus Enhanced, where it filters out small herb residues during inhalation. It is an additional filter – not an essential part, but a deliberate addition for anyone who wants to be on the safe side.

The final barrier before your mouth

The Angus Enhanced already contains screens – in the chamber and in the base. Nevertheless, individual fine particles can find their way upward, especially when the material is ground very finely.

This is exactly where the screen holder comes in: As the topmost stage in the vapor path, it catches anything that passed through the previous screens. This is the position where a filter works most directly – anything caught here is guaranteed not to reach you.

Especially useful at the end of a filling

Its benefit is most noticeable toward the end: Vaporized material becomes dry and breaks apart more easily, creating fine dust. Anyone who uses a filling to the very end – and works with Boost mode – knows the feeling of small particles in the draw.

With the screen holder, this residue stays where it belongs. You can therefore use the filling completely without making compromises at the end.

Not to be confused with the mouthpiece base

The Angus has two parts that may sound similar at first glance but sit at opposite ends:

  • The mouthpiece base sits at the bottom of the device and connects the mouthpiece to the Angus.
  • This screen holder sits on top of the mouthpiece and filters directly before the mouth.

Both work independently of each other – you can add the screen holder at any time without changing anything about the rest of the setup.

Attaching and removing it

The holder is simply placed on top – no tools and no modifications required. When you do not need it, you can remove it just as quickly. This makes it an uncomplicated addition: From session to session, you decide whether you want to use the additional filter stage.

Clean the screen holder regularly with high-proof alcohol – as the topmost filter stage, it gradually collects quite a lot. Check it when the draw becomes more difficult: Because it sits right at the top, clogging is especially noticeable here. And make sure it is fully attached so that no additional air is drawn in around the edge.
