The Angus Enhanced is a herbal vaporizer that takes its own approach: A 100-watt halogen lamp serves as the heat source, with its heat absorbed and transferred by ruby balls. The result is a convection hybrid that delivers exceptional flavor—and requires no stirring.

How halogen and ruby work together

The halogen lamp emits heat and light, both of which are absorbed by the ruby balls beneath the herb chamber. The balls store the energy and release it evenly—combining convection with conduction to produce consistent, flavorful vapor. The practical benefit: Because the heat is distributed so evenly, stirring during the session is unnecessary.

Glass beads in the stem for additional cooling

A detail for connoisseurs: The screen in the glass stem is height-adjustable, creating space for additional glass beads (sold separately). They increase the surface area where the vapor cools. Depending on the stem length, approximately 70, 100, or 150 beads fit in the small, medium, or large tube, respectively.

Infinitely adjustable airflow

The airflow control is located at the bottom of the device. Turn it clockwise to restrict the airflow—the draw becomes denser and more flavorful. Turn it counterclockwise to open it for a looser, more vapor-rich draw. This lets you adjust the device to your draw style, not the other way around.

Five levels plus boost

You can choose from five temperature levels: 180, 190, 200, 210, and 220°C. Each one has a boost mode with an additional 10°C, activated by holding the button until the device vibrates. After five minutes, the Angus switches off automatically—a press of the power button extends the session.

Insulated airpath made of PEEK

The oven is separated from the electrical components, ensuring clean vapor with every draw. The inner airpath is made of PEEK, a high-quality, heat-resistant plastic used in many vaporizers. The main body is made of PPSU—a material also used in medical devices and capable of withstanding occasional knocks.

Two batteries, changed from the side

The Angus Enhanced uses two 18650 batteries that can be changed from the side via the dual-side-load system. With 2800 mAh cells, you can get around six sessions per charge. It charges via USB-C at 2 amps, and thanks to pass-through, you can continue vaping while it charges.

Bubbler and adapters included

One particularly welcome accessory is the Side Bubbler that Yllvape includes with the Angus, so you do not need to buy anything extra to use water filtration. If you already own glassware, the matching 3-in-1 adapter with 10, 14.4, and 18 mm is also included. In addition, there are three glass stems measuring 50, 70, and 90 mm.
