FENIX NEO & accessories – ceramic mouthpiece, cooling filter and seal
This collection brings together the FENIX NEO and matching FENIX NEO accessories: mouthpiece complete set, ceramic mouthpiece, ceramic cooling filter, sealing ring with screen, chamber tool and dosing capsules. The NEO is the FENIX for flavor, with full convection and a zirconium cooling system.
The part you replace most often on the NEO is the sealing ring with screen: It sits between the filling chamber and mouthpiece, seals the connection and keeps herb particles out of the vapor path. If the seal is misshapen or brittle, or drawing becomes harder, it’s time to replace it. The NEO’s mouthpiece and cooling components are specific to this model and don’t fit the Mini Plus or 2 MAX. The dosing capsule, however, is shared by the NEO, Fenix 2.0 and 2 MAX.
Full convection with zirconium cooling
The NEO uses 100% convection, is ready in about 25 seconds and can be adjusted to the exact degree from 120 to 221 °C. The large filling chamber is made of titanium, the vapor path is fully insulated, and a zirconium cooling system in the magnetic mouthpiece cools the vapor. The dual OLED display shows the set and actual temperatures, the set and remaining time, and the battery level; the timer runs for 3 to 7 minutes. The 3000 mAh battery charges via USB-C Fast Charge. At 216 g and 104 × 58 × 28 mm, it sits solidly in your hand. A vibration alerts you as soon as the target temperature is reached.
NEO replacement parts compared
The NEO complete mouthpiece set replaces the entire upper vapor path: mouthpiece holder, ceramic mouthpiece, ceramic cooling filter, and a screen with seal, mouthpiece, and vapor channel made of zirconia ceramic. It also works as a second unit for swapping. If you only need a new mouthpiece, the NEO ceramic mouthpiece is all you need. The ceramic cooling filter made of zirconium dioxide cools the vapor before it reaches the mouthpiece. You should keep the seal ring with screen in stock, as it's the part that wears out most often. This lets you decide based on wear whether to replace just one part or renew the entire vapor path. All parts are genuine FENIX replacement parts and fit without modification.
Dosing capsules and chamber care
Fill the stainless steel FENIX dosing capsule in advance, insert it, and use the NEO as usual. Less material touches the chamber, which means less cleaning. It comes in versions for herbs or extracts, which then don't stick directly to the chamber walls. The NEO chamber tool removes larger residue from the titanium chamber and attaches magnetically to the bottom of the housing. The package also includes an air channel brush and a chamber brush. Especially if you plan several sessions a day, pre-filled capsules save time and mean you don't have to brush out the chamber after every session. Regular maintenance with the tool and brushes keeps the air path clear, so the NEO retains its full flavor.
