Full convection without roasted flavors

The 100% convection heats your material exclusively with hot air – it never comes into contact with the heating element. This means no roasted flavors develop, as they inevitably do with direct contact. The fully isolated air path does the rest: the vapor picks up nothing along the way that does not belong there.

Titanium chamber instead of stainless steel

The large filling chamber is conceptually based on the first FENiX model, but is now made not of stainless steel, but of titanium. The difference is noticeable in practice: cooler, purer-tasting vapor. Titanium adds no off-flavors and has more favorable thermal properties.

The cooling system in the mouthpiece

At the heart of the NEO is its innovative vapor-cooling technology with an integrated zirconium cooling system in the mouthpiece. Together with the zirconium mouthpiece itself, it effectively cools the vapor during the final part of its journey. Zirconium oxide is a high-performance ceramic – it is flavor-neutral, resistant to heat, and remains comfortable against the lips.

The temperature range extends from 120 °C to 221 °C with one-degree precision (248 °F to 430 °F), covering virtually every herb. The device heats up in about 25 seconds. An optimized airflow ensures there is hardly any draw resistance.

Haptic feedback via vibration

The vibration function notifies you when the target temperature is reached and when the device is switched on or off. You receive the signal in your hand and do not have to look at the display.

3000 mAh and USB-C fast charging

The 3000 mAh battery provides plenty of endurance, while the modern USB-C port charges up to 35% faster than Micro-USB. This means the device spends significantly less time plugged in.

Simple yet high-quality

The design deliberately avoids elaborate decorative elements. The housing has a special coating and feels pleasantly cool. High-quality, food-safe materials such as PEEK, titanium, and ceramic are used throughout. Measuring 104 × 58 × 28 mm and weighing 216 g, the NEO is just about pocket-friendly.

Fill the titanium chamber loosely – with full convection, hot air must be able to pass through unhindered, otherwise you will waste precisely the advantage you bought the device for. Start at a lower temperature and increase it over the course of the session. Also, clean the air channel regularly with the included brush; with the NEO, this path is especially decisive for flavor and cooling.
