Fenix NEO Mouthpiece Complete Set – the entire mouthpiece assembly at once

The complete mouthpiece set for the Fenix NEO contains the full mouthpiece assembly: the advanced mouthpiece holder, the ceramic mouthpiece, the ceramic cooling filter, as well as the screen and seal. This replaces the entire upper vapor path in one go instead of requiring you to purchase individual parts separately.

The vapor channel is also made of ceramic

What makes the NEO mouthpiece holder special is that not only the mouthpiece but also the vapor channel inside the holder is made of zirconia ceramic. The vapor therefore passes through the same material all the way up – flavor-neutral, heat-resistant, and heat-absorbing. That is why it reaches you maximally cooled.

All wear parts in one set

Several parts work together in the NEO's upper vapor path, and they age together: The cooling filter becomes clogged, the screen blocks up, and the seal gradually loses its effectiveness. Replacing just one part in an otherwise worn assembly accordingly achieves little. With the complete set, the entire area is like new again – including draw, cooling, and flavor.

When the complete set is worthwhile

If you have been using your mouthpiece for some time and the draw has become more difficult, the vapor reaches you warmer than before, or residue can no longer be removed even after cleaning, the set is the more thorough solution. When disassembling it for the first time, remember the order of the screen, seal, and cooling filter – once assembled, the unit can then be put back together in seconds. After cleaning, let all parts dry completely before putting them back into the device.
