Stündenglass Kompact Wall Mount – safely on the wall instead of at risk on the table

With the wall mount, you can securely mount your Stündenglass Kompact on the wall. The appropriate screws are included. This keeps the device out of the way – and prevents it from being knocked over.

The weak point of a freestanding device

A Gravity Infuser is top-heavy and consists largely of glass. On a table, one careless elbow is enough to cause considerable damage. On the wall, the device is out of reach of elbows, pets, and cables – while remaining within easy reach when you need it.

How to mount it

The process takes four steps:

  • Attach the mount with the included screws to the wall
  • Remove the end cap from your Kompact
  • Remove the retaining pin and turn the valve 90 degrees
  • Slide the device into the mount – done

Good to know: The valve must be turned so that the device is correctly aligned in the wall-mounted position. It is a one-time adjustment you will quickly forget about.

Also prevents unwanted borrowing

One side effect that Stündenglass itself mentions with a wink: A device mounted on the wall is far less likely to accidentally go home with a guest than one left loose on a surface.

An eye-catching display piece

Another benefit should not be underestimated: On the wall, a device becomes a display piece. The Kompact is visually unusual anyway – mounted on the wall, it stands out much better than on a crowded sideboard.

This mount is designed for the Stündenglass Kompact. It is not intended for the full-size models, so check which version you own before ordering. The Gravity Infuser itself is not included.

Our practical tip

Choose the mounting location so that you can easily remove and reinsert the device – mounted too high, it turns handling it into a gymnastics exercise. Make sure the surface can support the weight and use suitable wall plugs for drywall. Keep the retaining pin in a safe place in case you want to use the device freestanding again later.
