Stündenglass Tray with Cloche – Infuse Food and Drinks with Flavor

The food-safe polycarbonate cloche on a walnut wood tray is designed to infuse food and drinks with smoky flavor. It connects via a silicone hose to the connector on your Stündenglass hose unit.

How it works

The process is simple: Place your food or drink on the tray, put the cloche over it, and connect it to the device. After activating the Stündenglass, smoke is produced – and when you rotate the device, it is pushed into the cloche. There, it surrounds whatever is underneath with flavor and aroma.

Room for a plate or several glasses

With an interior height of approximately 19 cm and a diameter of just over 28 cm, the cloche is generously sized. It fits a plate of food as well as several drinks at once – so you can prepare a whole round instead of working glass by glass.

Walnut wood and polycarbonate

The walnut wood tray makes the cloche a piece you can leave on the table – warm-looking rather than appliance-like. The cloche itself is made of food-safe polycarbonate: durable, more shatter-resistant than glass, and still transparent so you can keep an eye on what is happening underneath.

Compatible with both models

Compatibility is pleasantly straightforward: The cloche connects to both the full-size Stündenglass Gravity Infuser and the Gravity Infuser Kompact. So it does not matter which model you own.

Our practical tip

Let the smoke remain under the cloche for one to two minutes after introducing it before lifting the cloche – the flavor will infuse much more intensely. For drinks, it is worth chilling the glass beforehand, as cold surfaces bind the flavor better. And lift the cloche at the table when guests are present: The moment the smoke escapes is part of the experience.
