PAX Mini 2 – compact everyday vaporizer with more control

With the PAX Mini 2, you get exactly what many missed in the first Mini: still a very discreet, high-quality herb vaporizer, but this time with more temperature control, faster startup, and a more practical chamber size. At 89 g and only 9.3 cm tall, it remains clearly a pocket vaporizer – but one you’ll gladly use daily because it’s quick to use and requires no big explanation.

Four heat settings instead of just "on or off"

With the PAX Mini 2, you have four clearly defined temperature settings directly on the device: 180 °C, 190 °C, 200 °C, and 215 °C. This is ideal if you want to flexibly switch between flavor and effect without needing an app. The lower settings are suitable for terpene-rich, cooler vapor, the higher ones for stronger draws and nearly empty chambers. The control remains typically PAX: one button, LED feedback, done.

Ready in 22 seconds

The PAX Mini 2 is clearly designed for short sessions. After turning it on, it reaches temperature in 22 seconds – you take a few draws and put it away again. An accelerometer detects inactivity and automatically switches the device off to prevent unnecessary battery drain. The same sensor also shows you the battery level with a shake gesture – handy if you use the device briefly several times a day.

Oven chamber with two lids: 0.25 or 0.5 g

Unlike very small pen-style vaporizers, here you get an oven chamber that holds 0.25 to 0.5 g. This is made possible by a clever detail: alongside the standard oven lid, there is a Half Oven Lid included that reduces the chamber size. Full chamber for longer sessions, half chamber for microdosing – without your material lying loose in an oversized chamber and vaporizing unevenly. Per draw, the Mini 2 achieves up to 2.5 mg vapor density (TPM).

Conduction heating for even vaporization

The Mini 2 operates with an optimized conduction heating system: The herbs are heated through direct contact with the chamber wall. The redesigned oven construction ensures consistent heat distribution and prevents hotspots, resulting in a clean, even vapor with stable flavor throughout the entire session. This is the deliberate difference from the larger hybrid models: less technology, but a device that works without any learning curve.

Battery and Magnetic Charging

The built-in battery lasts for up to 60 minutes of use per charge. It charges via the included magnetic USB-C charger, a full charge takes about 90 minutes. The magnetic connection snaps in place automatically – this is faster than plugging in and prevents the connector from wearing out over time.

Anyone familiar with PAX will immediately recognize the typically smooth, slightly low-resistance draw. Especially pleasant: PAX avoids app dependency here – everything happens directly on the device. This fits perfectly with the idea of a vaporizer you always carry with you.

It should be clear: such a small device will never deliver the cooling and vapor volume of a large hybrid vaporizer. And if you use very moist or coarsely ground material, you should clean regularly to keep the airflow clear.
