PAX Water Pipe Adapter – water-cooled vapor for Flow and Four

The PAX Water Pipe Adapter connects your Vaporizer to glass water pipes. It replaces the conventional bowl and seals airtight with the glass – for especially smooth, water-cooled vapor. Suitable for connections with 14 mm and 18 mm joints, fitting most common glass pieces.

It replaces the bowl, not the mouthpiece

The principle differs from simple slip-on adapters: The adapter takes the place of the classic bowl in your water pipe. Your Vaporizer sits on top with the mouthpiece forward, the adapter fits into the joint below. The vapor thus takes the same path through the water as smoke normally would – only here nothing is burned, but electrically vaporized.

Airtight where it needs to be airtight

Crucial for such a connection is the airtightness: if air leaks in anywhere, the whole effect is lost. The adapter seals airtight both to the glass and the device and withstands the negative pressure when drawing. The already open airflow of the Flow makes longer draws through the glass effortless.

Fits 14 mm and 18 mm

The adapter covers the two most common joint sizes: 14 mm and 18 mm. This means it fits most widespread glass pieces without needing an additional reducer. If in doubt, measure briefly – the joint size is the only specification that really must fit.

The 225 °C preset is made exactly for this

The PAX Flow has a special feature: the 225 °C preset is precisely tuned for this setup. At this temperature, extraction is strongest – and what would otherwise become harsh is softened by the water filtration, which cools and smooths every draw. This feature is already built into every Flow; the adapter just makes it usable.

For Flow, Four, and Era

This adapter is intended for the PAX Flow, PAX Four, and PAX Era. So you can continue to use it even if you switch between these devices.

Important: do not confuse with the older adapter version

PAX offers two different water pipe adapters. The older version for PAX Plus and PAX Mini does not fit the Flow – and conversely, this adapter is not intended for Plus and Mini. When purchasing, make sure which devices are listed, as both look similar externally.

Our practical tip

Fill in only a small amount of water – a little is enough for cooling, and there is less risk of water coming through when drawing. Insert the adapter with slight pressure and a short twist into the joint; it will then hold firmly by itself. And let everything cool down completely before removing the device again.
