The Hizen Ceramic Grinder differs from classic models in the place you least expect: the surface. A modern ceramic coating ensures that material does not stick and the grinder runs noticeably smoother. The 3-piece design with a 6.3 cm diameter collects your ground material cleanly in the lower compartment.

What the ceramic coating brings in everyday use

Resinous residues tend to stick to bare metal surfaces – everyone knows the sticky film that forms inside a grinder over time. The ceramic coating addresses exactly this: it is smoother than uncoated metal, so less material sticks to the surface.
