Hizen Alu Grinder 3-piece – grinding without threads

The Hizen Alu Grinder does without something that regularly annoys on other grinders: the screw thread. Instead, everything is held together by magnetic force. The 3-piece grinder made of aluminum measures 6.3 cm in diameter, holds up to 6 g of herbs, and comes with a pollen scraper.

No threads, only magnetic force

Anyone who has ever tried to open a grinder with a stuck thread knows the problem: sticky residues settle in the threads, eventually the lid only opens with force. This component simply does not exist here. The lid and chamber are completely magnetically sealed – remove, fill, place, done. We find this the most underrated convenience gain in everyday use with this grinder.

Securely closed, nothing gets lost

The magnetic closure has a second advantage: it keeps the grinder reliably together, even when it’s tossed around in your pocket. Nothing opens accidentally, nothing spills out, and the closure fits so tightly that hardly any air gets in. Your ground material stays exactly where it belongs.

Fine grinding result thanks to abrasion-resistant teeth

The abrasion-resistant grinding teeth crush your herbs evenly and finely – and keep their sharpness for years instead of becoming dull after a few months. A fine, loose grind is the prerequisite for hot air to evenly penetrate your material in the Vaporizer. This is exactly where it decides how much you get out of your filling.

Easy-turn ring for smooth rotation

An easy-turn ring ensures that the grinder can be turned without noticeable resistance. This is especially noticeable with larger amounts: instead of jerking and sticking, the movement runs smoothly throughout. Pleasant also for anyone who doesn’t want to apply much hand strength.

Space for up to 6 g

With a 6.3 cm diameter and a height of 3.8 cm, the grinder remains handy but offers space for up to 6 g of herbs at once in its 2-chamber design. This means you don’t have to refill in portions but grind in advance and then have a filled collection chamber to serve yourself from.

Light aluminum with pollen scraper

The ergonomic aluminum housing keeps the grinder at 170 g despite its size and makes it robust enough for daily use. A pollen scraper is included – so you can cleanly get the last residues out of the chamber instead of scraping them out with your fingers.

Our practical tip

Don’t fill the grinder to the brim, but leave some air – then the teeth turn more easily and the result is more even. A few turns in both directions loosen stubborn pieces without you having to apply force. And wipe the magnetic surfaces occasionally so the lid continues to close cleanly.
