With the Herb Ripper Grinder Wear Parts Set, you can replace the small parts that wear out or get lost with everyday use: agitator ball, O-ring, friction ring, screen and cleaning scraper. The set is available for the Classic with 51 mm and the XL with 64 mm, as the parts are model-specific. The grinder itself is not included.

Only for Herb Rippers with the HR logo

According to the manufacturer, the set fits Herb Ripper grinders with the HR logo on the lid, meaning models sold since October 2023. Older Herb Rippers without this logo and grinders from other brands are not compatible. Choose the option based on your grinder’s diameter: Classic for 2 inches (51 mm), XL for 2.5 inches (64 mm).

What each part does

The O-ring keeps the components firmly in place, while the friction ring ensures smooth rotation. The screen separates the fine particles from the ground material, and the agitator ball sits on top to keep the mesh clear. Use the scraper to remove residue from the pollen chamber and between the teeth.

Screen and ball for 4-piece models

The screen and agitator ball are only used in grinders with a screen stage, such as the Herb Ripper stainless steel grinder, 4-piece. In 3-piece versions without a screen, these two parts remain unused, while the other parts and scraper still help with maintenance and repair.

Replace parts instead of the grinder

If the parts feel looser than usual, an O-ring is usually worn out. A clogged or damaged screen lets hardly any fine particles through. Since the stainless steel grinder itself practically doesn't wear out, you only need to replace these small parts.

Our practical tip

Place the small parts in a bowl when cleaning so the ball and rings don't end up down the drain. Fit the new O-ring into its groove without twisting it. And it's best to order the set at the same time, so you have replacement parts on hand.
