TinyMight Rimless Basket Screen – Dome Screen for Glass Stem and Ball Stem

The original TinyMight rimless basket screen is a small, 12 mm diameter dome-shaped screen that you insert into the glass mouthpiece of your TinyMight or TinyMight 2. It keeps herb particles from reaching the mouthpiece or getting between the glass beads of a Ball Stem.

Why use a basket screen in the stem?

With the TinyMight, the material sits directly in the stem, and the airflow carries fine crumbs along with it. Without an additional screen, they end up in the mouthpiece - or, with the Short Ball Stem, between the cooling beads, where they are difficult to remove. The basket screen catches them beforehand and keeps the draw clear.

Rimless: fits the standard stems

The rimless design fits into the standard glass mouthpiece and the glass bead stem with mouthpiece. For stems with their own screen holder, such as the 3D Cooling Stem, use the basket screen with rim. If you are unsure which one you need: for the stems included in the regular scope of delivery, use the rimless version.

Smaller chamber for microdosing

The basket screen limits the chamber toward the front. Depending on its position in the stem, this allows you to fill less material that is still fully reached by the hot airflow - practical when you want to vaporize precisely measured small portions.

Rimless or with rim - which one is right for me?

The rimless screen fits the standard glass stems and the glass bead stem. The screen with rim is designed for stems with a special screen holder, such as the 3D Cooling Stem, and does not fit the standard stems.

How often should I replace the screen?

As soon as you can no longer see clearly through it after cleaning or it has become deformed. With daily use, this is usually necessary after a few weeks.

Can I clean it?

Yes, soak it in isopropanol, rinse it, and let it dry completely. The screen is a wear part, but the mesh will eventually become clogged over time.

Our practical tip

If you use the Short Ball Stem, always fit the basket screen - crumbs between the beads are the most common cause of a restricted draw. Keep two screens on hand so you can clean one while the other is in use.
