DynaVap CCD Screens – Stainless Steel & Titanium

With the DynaVap CCD Screens we keep the airflow clear, the flavor clean, and the chamber flexible – optionally in stainless steel (affordable & proven) or titanium (especially durable & shape-stable). This way, we equip our DynaVap Tips exactly as we use them: daily, efficiently, and with consistent draw.

Why we use CCDs

  • Free Airflow – the finely perforated structure holds back particles without restricting the draw.
  • Consistent Flavor – clean separation between material and airflow prevents “crumbs in the draw.”
  • Variable Chamber Height – depending on the Tip, we can set the screen slightly higher and reduce it for microdosing.

  • Stainless Steel: robust, affordable, quick to change – ideal as an everyday standard.
  • Titanium: very shape-stable, lightweight, flavor-neutral – our choice for long cleaning intervals.

Assembly & Care

  1. Open the Tip and remove the old screen.
  2. Place the CCD flat and “click” it lightly into the groove – it should sit securely but without tension.
  3. For cleaning, briefly soak the screens in ISO, rinse, and dry. Titanium typically withstands more cycles.
