Auxo Celsius Vaporizer - Herbs and concentrates with custom heating curves
The Auxo Celsius is a portable dual-use Vaporizer for dried herbs as well as waxes and concentrates. It heats by conduction in a stainless steel oven, cools the vapor through a long zirconia mouthpiece, and can be programmed with custom heating curves using the Auxo app.
At around 158 g in an aluminum housing, it fits comfortably in a jacket pocket. It's designed for anyone looking for a device for both materials who likes to decide for themselves how a session unfolds.
Four settings from 190 to 260 °C
You can choose between four preset temperatures directly on the device. For herbs, the settings are 190 °C, 200 °C, and 220 °C - ranging from light and aromatic to strong and dense. Level 4 at 260 °C is intended for concentrates that need more heat to vaporize. This lets you quickly find the right setting without trial and error, and the device remains fully usable without a smartphone.
Pro mode with five temperature points
In the Auxo app, you can create your own heating curve between 40 and 180 seconds long, with five freely selectable temperature points between 140 and 260 °C. For example, you can start a load at a low temperature to bring out the flavors first, then increase the temperature toward the end to make full use of the material. Save successful curves and share them with others by email, QR code, or social media.
Heats up in 10 to 50 seconds
How long you wait depends on the selected setting: at best, the Celsius is ready in around 10 seconds, though it can take up to 50 seconds depending on the temperature. During preheating, the LED ring flashes blue; once the temperature is reached, it lights up green and the device vibrates briefly. So you don't have to keep looking at it - you'll feel when it's ready in your hand.
Concentrate insert in the stainless steel oven
The stainless steel oven holds around 0.3 g of herbs. For concentrates, place a removable concentrate insert in the oven; it holds about 0.05 g. It has two identical sides, each of which you can load and position facing the mouthpiece. After the session, remove it with the tweezers, so sticky residue ends up mainly in the insert instead of directly in the oven.
Magnetic zirconia mouthpiece, rotates 360°
The mouthpiece is made of zirconium dioxide, a medical-grade ceramic that doesn’t affect the flavor. Inside, an extended air path channels the vapor, cooling it before it reaches you. It attaches magnetically to the device, rotates 360°, and can be disassembled into six parts for cleaning. This gives you access to every spot where residue can collect.
1100 mAh in a compact aluminum housing
At 114 × 45 × 33 mm, the Celsius is very compact, but its 1100 mAh battery is rather modest. Auxo estimates around nine sessions of three minutes each per charge. It takes about 90 minutes to fully recharge via USB-C, and it can’t be used while charging. So be sure to pack the charging cable for a long day out.
Automatic shutdown for overheating and inactivity
The Celsius switches itself off after 10 minutes of inactivity and signals this with short vibrations. If the surface temperature rises above around 48 °C, an overheating protection system kicks in. Both features ensure the device doesn’t keep heating unnoticed in your bag.
Frequently asked questions about the Auxo Celsius
Tap a question to expand the answer.
How quickly is the Celsius ready to use?
Depending on the selected setting, it takes 10 to 50 seconds. A green LED ring and a vibration let you know when it’s ready.
How do I switch between herbs and concentrates?
For herbs, fill the stainless steel oven directly. For concentrates, place the concentrate insert in the oven, load one side, and select level 4 at 260 °C. Then remove the insert with the tweezers.
Does the Celsius work without an app?
Yes. You can select the four temperature settings directly on the device. You only need the app for Pro mode, which lets you create custom heating curves, and for settings such as temperature units or vibration strength.
How many sessions does one charge last?
Auxo estimates around nine sessions, based on three minutes per session. If you vape a lot at higher settings, you’ll get fewer. The battery takes about 90 minutes to recharge via the USB-C cable.
How do I clean the Celsius?
Let the device cool down completely, empty the oven, and brush out any residue with the cleaning brush. The mouthpiece can be disassembled into six parts for cleaning.
Celsius or Cenote?
The Celsius is a compact, portable Vaporizer for herbs and concentrates. The Cenote is an E-Rig with a water recycler, built exclusively for concentrates and better suited to a tabletop.
Our practical tip
Grind your herbs to a medium-fine consistency rather than powder and fill the oven loosely – a grind that's too fine restricts airflow. Try a Pro mode curve that starts at 180 °C and gradually rises; this gives you flavor first and fuller vapor later from the same load. For concentrates, always use the insert to keep the oven clean.
Verdict
The Auxo Celsius is a compact dual-use Vaporizer for herbs and concentrates: a stainless steel oven with a concentrate insert, four fixed settings from 190 to 260 °C, Pro mode with custom heating curves, and a zirconia mouthpiece for clean flavor. If you're looking for a portable device for both materials and like fine-tuning your sessions, the Auxo Celsius Vaporizer is a great choice – just make sure to plan realistically for the battery life.
