Storz & Bickel Volcano Hybrid Vaporizer

Dual-helix heating and touchscreen

The Volcano Hybrid heats by convection and conduction via a dual-helix heat exchanger, reaches 180 °C in about 40 seconds, and can be precisely adjusted from 40 to 230 °C - on the touchscreen or via Bluetooth and the S&B Web App. You can inhale either through the Easy Valve balloon or the tube unit.

Tubing operation with up to 30 liters per minute

In addition to the balloon, the Hybrid offers a 360-degree rotating tube unit. Up to 30 liters of air per minute flow through the tube, while the balloon has virtually no draw resistance. The ceramic-coated stainless steel and PEEK filling chamber holds 6.5 cm³, approximately 600 mg - enough for longer sessions at the table. The stainless steel housing measures approximately 20 × 18 × 20 cm and weighs around 1.8 kg; the power cable is detachable. Because the mouthpiece and tube are in the vapor path during every session, they are the parts you replace most often.

The Hybrid has dedicated filling chamber parts

The Hybrid's filling chamber, filling chamber housing, and dosing capsule adapter are dedicated parts - look for “Volcano Hybrid” in the product name. The Volcano Hybrid Filling Chamber comes complete with lid ring, standard screens set, and brush, while the filling chamber housing is only the outer plastic shell without the stainless steel parts. For small amounts, there is the Filling Chamber for Dosing Capsule, which works in both balloon and tubing operation.

According to the manufacturer, the Easy Valve Wear Parts Set is not compatible with the Hybrid and is therefore not listed here.

Wear parts, mouthpieces, and balloons compared

The Volcano Hybrid Wear Parts Set renews the filling chamber: four lid rings, six standard screens (Ø 30 mm), and a cleaning brush. For the tube, there is the Mouthpiece Set with four mouthpieces - practical for switching between them or when several people are vaping together.

For balloon operation, choose between the Easy Valve Balloon Set (6 × approx. 60 cm) and the Balloon Set XL (6 × approx. 90 cm). The Air Filter Set, air filter cap, and power cable are also available separately.
