The Convectum has a modular design: accessories and replacement parts are available individually, so you can build out your setup over time and replace only what actually wears out. Most commonly, this means the screens in the mouthpiece and heating chamber, as they trap particles and affect airflow. The Convectum shares its dosing capsules and capsule magazine with the Nanu and Stilus Pro Max. The mouthpieces, bubbler, water pipe adapter, and protective case, however, are made specifically for the Convectum.

Convection with a Large LED Display

The Convectum heats by convection with a fully isolated air path: hot air flows around your material instead of heating it directly. Set the temperature steplessly from 80 to 220 °C. The large LED display shows battery level, temperature, mode, heating progress, and timer. In Normal Mode, the temperature stays constant; in Time Mode, it rises over time; the infinite timer lets you extend your session as long as you like. The LG 18650 battery provides around 16 sessions, depending on their duration, and charges via USB-C. Both the folding mouthpiece and black glass mouthpiece are included, and the chamber-emptying tool is attached to the underside.

Mouthpieces, Bubbler and Water Pipe

The Convectum glass mouthpiece is made of real glass, attaches easily, and preserves the flavor. The Convectum folding mouthpiece folds down to stay compact and protected, making it ideal for travel. Both work as replacement or second mouthpieces. To cool and filter the vapor, attach the Convectum bubbler mouthpiece made of borosilicate glass. For home use, the Convectum water pipe adapter connects the device to a water pipe and fits common ground joints such as NS 14 and NS 19. The Hizen Vapo Bubbler comes with the right adapter for the Convectum. This lets you choose between pure glass flavor, durable portability, and cool, filtered vapor depending on the situation.

Dosing capsules, screens, and care

With dosing capsules, you can prepare portions at home and swap them in seconds while you're out. They come as stainless steel capsules or lightweight aluminum capsules for herbs, and as capsules for waxes and oils. The capsule magazine stores pre-filled capsules airtight. The replacement screens fit in the mouthpiece and heating chamber. If you've lost the cleaning tool, the filling chamber tool can replace it, and the Convectum protective case guards against scratches. The capsules also fit the Nanu and Stilus Pro Max if you use multiple Hizen devices. It's best to empty the chamber right after your session, while everything is still warm. Residue then comes off especially easily, and the screens stay clear for longer.
